چکیده

Axially enantioselective binuclear gold(I) catalysts fly as swallowtail butterflies around a mechanical hand providing chiral environment. The gold microchip on the symbolizes crucial role of catalysis in alkyne activation. Using gold-catalyzed condensation amine and diyne-ene, first example 1,2-dihydropyridine synthesis through formal [3+2+1] fashion is reported by Xin Hong, Xiaodong Shi et al. their Research Article (e202305409).

An organocatalytic construction of optically enriched substituted pyran derivatives via amine-catalyzed Michael addition and subsequent enolization/cyclisation has been described starting from electronically poor alkenes.
